From start to finish the communication from this company is excellent. I ordered the kingsize bed for my son. The craftsmanship is brilliant and there were numerous colours to choose from. The bed is sturdy with ample storage space. I needed a bed without slats and this one was perfect. So glad I found this website. 100% recommend this company. Definitely deserve a five star rating.

Great customer service
They are very reasonably priced, good quality products, and great customer services. I purchased a bed base and had such a good experience that when my dad needed a bed I advised him to go straight to Divan Base Direct. He did and his experience was as good as mine.

Good quality and value
This is the second divan base I have bought from this company. Both times I was impressed by the quality and customer service. Kept informed of progress throughout, bed arrived when they said it would and good delivery. Would recommend
I was disappointed with my experience…Disappointed
I was disappointed with my experience with this company.
They took the order and money, reassured me it should be delivered within the 10days stated on their web site.
In reality what happened was ordered divan and headboard late November received them in middle of January after 3 e mails and 2 phone calls. When the order arrived divan had damage to covering, had no sliders, the headboard had no bolts to secure it to divan, sliders arrived and after another phone call the bolts arrived with one damaged. You ring up and are assured your problem will be sorted and then hear nothing. Interesting when I pointed out damage to divan I was told they would contact makers and courier never heard back and no offers of compensation. Absolute shambles.

We bought a Headboard from here for a bed we already had. Great service and help ensuring the size was right - even provided measurements on request. The headboard arrived on time and we were kept up to date on it and the quality is really good.

I would like to praise Jack for his…
I would like to praise Jack for his customer service and possibly going above and beyond. We felt very let down this morning about the delivery of the bed ordered and the delay we were experience but Jack took it on and has managed to get the delivery progressed within the next 24 hrs which is brilliant customer service.
Good value beds
I have brought two beds from this company and would defiantly buy from them again the delivery was good and the double bed was easy to put together in two halves for ease to get upstairs

Great all-round service and quality
Great all-round service and quality. Sales got in touch as I had mistakenly ordered one item (bed base) in a different size from the headboard and mattress. So they saved me from an expensive mistake. The delivery was quick, I was updated on progress and the delivery was efficient and polite. I would recommend the set up service for an ottoman bed. The bed looks fantastic!

Very pleased with our Divan
We needed a new bed and came across Divan Base Direct, easy to order at a reasonable price, delivered quickly and efficiently, we will certainly use them again at some point in the future.

I ordered from here before it was amazing but this time I cancelled my order and the communication was shocking and miscommunication. Chasing up refund on phone and email again and again. Not good. After asking for more info because of this review they clearly haven't read the chasing emails I sent the calls I made and the miscommunication that was sent to me.

Poor customer service and still dont have my beds a month on!
I ordered 2 x king-size beds on the 6th of January based on the 5 - 7 working day delivery lead time. After chasing repeatedly, I was finally told only half of my order had been sent to the delivery company. I asked if I could have that half (but they declined as they didn't want the additional expense).
I asked for it to be raised as a complaint. I still heard nothing, after being told I would get a call back on multiple occasions.
Its now February and I still have no items & no delivery date despite spending over £1500+. Avoid! Avoid!
EDIT: As a response, you are not sorry. I have been chasing constantly without an update; no one has had the courtesy to reach out to me, or to try and make some kind of amends. I know where the majority of my items are, which is the same place they have been since the 16th of January, but to save money you are not sending them.
Overseas Delivery
I have used this company before which is why after an awful experience with EMMA MATTRESSES, I went to them for my new super king divan.
All seemed to be going very well with my order submitted and paid with free delivery ….. when I got an email saying they no longer deliver overseas and the cost to deliver to the Isle of Wight was over £100.
After brilliant communication with Rebecca from customer services she eventually managed to settle an agreeable delivery.
Divan Base Direct are using new couriers who only deliver mainland. This is only found if you look into the website closely it is not reflected by just putting in your postcode.
Rebecca thank you so much for for patience and tenacity. You are a credit to the company.
